#1: Assign a Dedicated Social Media Manager to Your Account
You will be assigned a dedicated social media manager to develop your strategy and execute it. This person will learn your business and be your primary contact. You will be able to communicate with your social media manager daily via email or schedule a call at a time that is convenient for both of us.
#2: Develop a Social Media Strategy that is Specific to Your Business
The first step we will take with your campaign is to perform research and develop your strategy. We send over a 2-page questionnaire about your business, your goals, your history. Then we create your first 90-day Strategy based on the answers provided to us.
#3: Develop Content Calendars and Advertisements
Once you agree on the strategy we develop, we will start execution. We will develop social media content and advertisements that are unique to your brand. We create custom content with your company branding to ensure the business is front and center. We create organic ads and paid campaign advertisement.
#4: Growth Optimization
Our social media marketing services to include daily management and growth optimization. We monitor all social media activity (comments, messages, and reviews), and aim to respond within 24 hours. #5: Reporting and Communication
Your social media manager will prepare 60 or 90 reports for you to review. In terms of meetings, we can schedule 90-day meetings to discuss progress. These meetings we will discuss progress, goals, results and prepare for the next 90 days goals.

a. Is there a Setup Fee? There is a one-time $125 fee to create new accounts to include info, custom design page, links, logo upload for 3 accounts $25 for each addtl. For new clients that have pages that just need to be refreshed and revamped the one-time fee is $75 for 3 accounts $25 for each addtl.
b. Are there long term contracts? we offer 6 month and 12 month agreements.
c. Can an Account be cancelled? Yes, you have to request a cancellation agreement, fill out and send it back. This notice must be 60 days from signed and dated agreement.
d. Does the owner of the business that the social media accounts are created for own them? If PCI creates a new account PCI owns rights to the accounts. There is a Fee for us to transfer ownership per account. * ask for more information
e. How frequently do you post on the accounts? This is based on the package you chose.
f. Can the package be upgraded or downgraded? The accounts can be upgraded or downgraded with a 60 day notice ( must request a change of plan form. Sign and send back)
g. How do clients pay for services? Payment is due the 1st or 15th of each month with credit card on file. We offer a discount on prepayed packages if paid in full.
